Profile of Ben Lee 

Ben Lee began his Real Estate Agent business in 1993 and he holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing (Marketing Institute of Singapore) and a Certificate of Real Estate Agency Course from Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (CEHA equivalent). 

In between 1996 to 2005, Ben founded his own real estate company and also joined other real estate company, providing total solution for his clients in rental / sales of residential (HDB / Condominium / Landed), commercial (Office / Shophouses), industrial properties (factories / warehouses).  

With his strong belief and passion in

a) PRAYING(for wisdom/ blessing),

b) PLANNING (Goal-setting),

c) ACTION (discipline in executing marketing / recruitment plans),

d) REVIEW (rest & review Strengths,Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). 

Ben had achieved "ERA Top Manager Yr 2006  and ERA Top 50 Achiever Yr 2006/2007/2008"  and was promoted to ERA Division Director in Feb 2007. Thereafter, earned Top 2 ERA Division Director Yr 2008, rose up to rank as Senior Division Director.

With an initial sales team of three marketing executives, Ben now leads a strong team of 150 agents who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and motivated. The Team works towards their common vision with Passion, Courage, Imagination and the Heart to Serve the Community and be the Best Team Synergy & Culture.  Setting the direction to provide best support, trainings, team-building activities and business opportunities, the team unite as a family to achieve breakthrough goals!
